Record warranty papers the same way as invoices — photograph or upload, name the file, add notes, keep it in a folder on your account. Also bills, payment receipts, contracts, or photos. سجّل أوراق الضمان كما تسجّل الفواتير — صوّر أو ارفع، سمِّ الملف، أضف ملاحظات، واحفظه في مجلد على حسابك. وكذلك الفواتير وإيصالات الدفع والعقود أو الصور.
This is in the live Android app. Open it from the dashboard. Files belong to the account you are using now. هذه الميزة في تطبيق أندرويد الفعلي. افتحها من لوحة التحكم. الملفات تخص الحساب الذي تستخدمه الآن.
Photograph the warranty card or upload the PDF. Name it (for example “Warranty — fridge”) and add notes so it is ready when you claim or service a product.
صوّر كرت الضمان أو ارفع ملف PDF. سمِّه (مثلاً «ضمان الثلاجة») وأضف ملاحظات حتى يكون جاهزاً عند المطالبة أو الصيانة.
Create a folder for warranties, another for invoices, and open a folder to create one inside it.
أنشئ مجلداً للضمانات وآخر للفواتير، وافتح مجلداً لإنشاء آخر داخله.
Photograph a paper or upload a file. It is saved in the folder you are in.
صوّر ورقة أو ارفع ملفاً. يُحفظ في المجلد المفتوح.
Rename the file and add notes. Mahfaza can read a total from the page when it can.
أعد تسمية الملف وأضف ملاحظات. يمكن لمحفظة قراءة الإجمالي من الصفحة عندما يتمكن.
Attach a photo or file when you add or edit an expense. Unlinked files stay in Documents.
أرفق صورة أو ملفاً عند إضافة مصروف أو تعديله. الملفات غير المرتبطة تبقى في المستندات.
On the dashboard, tap Documents. You see New folder, Camera, and Upload.
في لوحة التحكم اضغط المستندات. تظهر مجلد جديد والكاميرا والرفع.
Tap New folder, type a name (for example Warranties or Invoices), then save. Open a folder and create another inside it if you want nested folders. Two folders in the same place cannot share a name.
اضغط مجلد جديد، اكتب اسماً (مثلاً ضمانات أو فواتير)، ثم احفظ. افتح مجلداً وأنشئ آخر داخله إن أردت مجلدات متداخلة. لا يمكن لمجلدين في نفس المكان أن يحملا الاسم نفسه.
Open your Warranties folder. Tap Camera or Upload. Name the file after the product and add the shop or expiry in notes. It stays with this account until you need the claim.
افتح مجلد الضمانات. اضغط كاميرا أو رفع. سمِّ الملف باسم المنتج وأضف المتجر أو تاريخ الانتهاء في الملاحظات. يبقى مع هذا الحساب حتى تحتاج المطالبة.
Tap Camera or Upload. The file is saved in the folder you are in, or at the top level if you have not opened a folder.
اضغط كاميرا أو رفع. يُحفظ الملف في المجلد المفتوح، أو في المستوى الأعلى إن لم تفتح مجلداً.
After upload, rename the file and add notes. Mahfaza may fill a total from the page. You can edit the name and notes later from the file.
بعد الرفع أعد تسمية الملف وأضف ملاحظات. قد يملأ محفظة الإجمالي من الصفحة. يمكنك تعديل الاسم والملاحظات لاحقاً من الملف.
Move a file to another folder when you need to. Deleting a folder permanently deletes the folders and files inside it.
انقل ملفاً إلى مجلد آخر عند الحاجة. حذف مجلد يحذف المجلدات والملفات داخله نهائياً.
When you add or edit an expense, attach a photo or file there. That receipt stays with the transaction.
عند إضافة مصروف أو تعديله أرفق صورة أو ملفاً هناك. يبقى ذلك الإيصال مع العملية.
Documents stay with the account you are using. Switch account and you see that account’s folders and files. You can decline the camera; Upload still works. Mahfaza does not list leftover demo screens — this page matches the live app. المستندات تبقى مع الحساب الذي تستخدمه. بدّل الحساب فترى مجلدات وملفات ذلك الحساب. يمكنك رفض الكاميرا؛ الرفع ما زال يعمل. تطبيق محفظة لا يعرض شاشات تجريبية — هذه الصفحة تطابق التطبيق الفعلي.
